Based at the Coffin Rink, Eastern Commonwealth Girl’s Hockey welcome girls from all surrounding communities.  Last season, our nine teams included girls from many Boston area towns including Newton, Wellesley, Waltham, Watertown, Brookline, Dover, Belmont, Cambridge and Boston.  The Wings play in the local Middlesex Yankee Conference Girl’s League, with most games in Boston area rinks.  Our Tournament-level teams compete in tournaments in the northeast as well.  In addition to these competitive teams, ECGH also offers our girls-only Learn To Play program each winter for girls from 8 to 14 years of age, with no tryouts required.

Peewee A Team in Montreal

The Wings U12 A1 team completed a four game home-and-home series with the Dollard Civics of Montreal.  In addition to playing some excellent hockey, the girls from both teams had great fun getting to know each other over pizza and in the hotel swimming pools.  After an exchange of email and IM addresses, some of the girls are busily plotting some week-long sleep-overs this summer to attend hockey camps in  another country.

Bantam A1 team competes on the Cape

The Bantam A1's returned to the Cape Cod Classic tournament over Thanksgiving weekend.
